Six different live kitchens display the craftsmanship of our chefs who let you watch their deft cooking skills. The aromas of the spices, sauces and all the little ingredients used is sure to whet your appetite. Six different counters feature their delicious creations - find a wide variety of soups, salads, sushi, terriyaki teppanyaki, fried items, main courses and desserts. Prawn Tempura, Pepper Chicken, Garlic Fish, Sushi Rainbow Maki, Burmese Curry Vegetables, Baked Crab & Baked Cheese Prawn are some of the signature items which you just can't miss! The Bar Counter features an a la carte menu with an interesting range of mocktails, cocktails, fruit drinks especially, Ginger Mint Punch, Honey Kiwi, and the signature Global Fusion Delight which are among the most sought-after. Global Fusion also has customized preparations for its Jain guests and has a special menu on occasions viz Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Christmas and many festivities the year round.

Another striking highlight of the restaurant is the ‘Round bar’. An extremely private space complete with a small smoking zone, it accommodates 70-90 guests and is usually reserved well in advance for private parties, corporate gatherings & celebrations. Complete with a bar area, here guests can groove to some hip music, enjoy drinks, snack on the delights from the wide menu and just soak in the light hearted ambience.
